Shipping & Returns
Our Shipping Fee is a flat rate of $5.00 and orders over $75 ship for FREE!
We ship using Standard Shipping through the United States Postal Service.
Orders that are in-stock will be processed within 1-3 business days from receiving. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far you are located.
All orders ship out of Waxahachie, Texas.
Please email us at email@example.com if your order has not shipped within 7 business days.
You may request to pick up in store at checkout. Customers can pick up at our B&M located at 200 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165
Customers will receive an email when their package is ready to be picked up, usually within the same day.
They can pick up 2 ways:
Give us a call at 972-923-0345 and we will run it out to your car.
Pop in the store themselves and let us know they are here for a pick up.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
If you place multiple orders in one day, please email us to combine your order and we will refund you one of your shipping charges!
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and unfortunately, you will need to pay a $3.00 reshipment and provide us with the correct address.
**UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR POST OFFICE. IT THE LOST PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE CARRIER REGARDING THE PACKAGE.**
We use USPS to ship.
Shipping is available to outlying United States Areas as specified according to what the USPS deems Outer USA for a flat rate of $8.00
Shipping is available to Canada & Mexico for a flat rate of $10.00
We do not ship Internationally outside of the above mentioned areas at this time, but hope to do so very soon!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We get it! Sometimes something doesn't fit, or didn't look like we'd hoped, or hey, we change our minds. We're girls, right? So, we accept returns on all online orders within 30 days of purchase (the date listed on your packing slip) for most items in new condition.
Here are the details:
Items bought in store can only be returned for store credit according to the policies below:
Items bought online may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment according to the policies below:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive a refund
- Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for a refund in the amount of the lowest price of the item
- Items purchased with a free gift must include the free gift if being returned
- Please include garment tags and packing slip with your return
- Final Sale or Clearance items are NOT returnable
- Gift Cards are NOT returnable
For online orders, we offer 2 easy options to process your return:

Either way, you will receive an email with instructions. If you choose for us to send you a return label, that will be included in the email.
We process returns within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
We can offer exchanges in-store only, as long as we still have the product available. If that item is gone, we will give you store credit for the item you are wanting to exchange if you decide not to keep it.
For online customers, since our items tend to sell out quickly, if you are wanting an exchange for the same item, it is best to get a refund and place a new order. We will go ahead and ship the exchange and process your refund as soon as we get your return.
